Selection Bootcamp
Step into a competitive Selection Bootcamp and present your startup to experienced business and tech mentors. Go through in-depth interviews, receive direct feedback, and refine your positioning. Pitch your vision to the Challenger team in the final selection round. Join the top 15 startups selected from 25 shortlisted companies to move forward into the program.

Acceleration
This is where the real work begins. Over the next months, accelerate your startup’s growth, refine your product, and sharpen your go-to-market strategy with hands-on mentorship, focused workshops, peer-to-peer sessions, corporate and investor roast sessions, and direct feedback from industry experts.

Mentorship Bootcamp at IT Arena in Lviv
Take part in a one-day intensive bootcamp held during IT Arena – one of the region’s leading tech events. Work closely with mentors and industry experts, refine your strategy in real-time, and connect with founders, corporates, and investors while being fully immersed in the ecosystem.

Demo Day
Pitch your startup to investors, corporates, partners, and media at the grand finale of the acceleration programme. Compete for top recognition, spark strategic conversations, and unlock the connections that can take your startup to the next level.

Post-Acceleration support
Receive continued support to scale beyond the programme, with hands-on assistance in fundraising, market access, and curated matchmaking with corporates and investors.

Study Visit to Sweden
Travel to Stockholm and join TechArena to immerse yourself in one of Europe’s leading innovation ecosystems. Take part in targeted workshops, attend curated networking events, and engage in pre-arranged meetings designed to unlock real partnership and funding opportunities.
