We are excited to introduce the 2026 cohort of the Challenger Sustainability Accelerator — 12 Ukrainian startups selected to join the three-month equity-free acceleration program designed to help innovative companies scale internationally and drive sustainable transformation.
Over the next three months, the participating teams will work alongside international experts, experienced mentors, investors, and corporate partners to strengthen their business strategies, validate their solutions, and prepare for expansion into international markets.

During the accelerator, participants will take part in 12 hands-on workshops led by international experts, receive more than 20 hours of individual mentoring, connect with investors and corporate partners from the European startup ecosystem, join a Mentorship Bootcamp during IT Arena in Lviv, present their solutions at Demo Day in Kyiv, and visit Sweden to attend the Tech Arena conference and meet with potential clients and partners.
The Challenger Sustainability Accelerator is implemented by Civitta in partnership with THINGS and funded by the Swedish Institute.
