The acceleration program will run from January to April 2026.
Iurii Blavt, the Challenger Accelerator co-founder says: “We believe that effective acceleration starts with clear priorities. That’s why, at the beginning of the program, each team defines its goals across three key areas: business development, technology/product development, and investment attraction. The Challenger Accelerator team then supports the teams and tracks their progress throughout the entire acceleration period.
Startups will go through an intensive educational and mentoring phase, including up to 12 workshops covering key topics such as product–market fit, finances & investment readiness, sales & marketing, market expansion, and company building.
Participants will also receive over 15 hours of 1-on-1 mentorship with business, technical and industry experts, take part in startup roasts with investors, engage in peer-to-peer sessions, and networking events.
The acceleration will culminate with a Demo Day in Kyiv, where startups will pitch their solutions to investors and compete for prizes:
- €25,000 grant from UMAEF for one winner.
- $75,000 in AWS credits from USF for three top teams.
- Participation in Latitude59 for several outstanding teams.
- Fundraising support package from Tinydata for one startup.
From May to June, teams will also receive post-acceleration support, including a trip to Latitude59 and participation in community events.
The program is implemented by Civitta and Radar Tech with the support of ESTDEV, as well as partners UMAEF, USF, Tinydata, and media partner Vector.
