The Challenger 4.0 accelerator for Ukrainian-founded startups has officially concluded, marking the end of a three-month program focused on accelerating innovation and business growth. Participants completed 18 workshops, more than 100 hours of one-on-one mentorship, pitch training sessions, networking opportunities, and continuous peer learning.
Challenger Demo Day is the culmination of the Challenger Accelerator, bringing together participating startups to showcase the progress they have made throughout the program. During the event, startups presented their solutions across the EdTech, HealthTech, and AI tracks, with the jury selecting the top-performing teams. It marks the pre-final stage of the program, celebrating achievements while opening new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and investment.
Neomi became overall champion
The grand winner of Challenger 4.0 is Neomi, a startup developing an AI-powered grocery shopping assistant that retailers can integrate into their websites and mobile applications to enhance customer experience and increase cart conversion rates.
As the overall champion, Neomi received:
- $25,000 grand prize provided by UMAEF;
- $25,000 in AWS Credits from USF;
- A special fundraising support package from Tinydata;
- A ticket to the IT Arena conference in Lviv.

Other award winners
Mindship was selected to participate in both the IT Arena conference in Lviv and the Latitude59 conference in Tallinn.
AtriaPRM received $25,000 in AWS Credits from UFS along with a second ticket to Latitude59.
Another $25,000 AWS Credits award was presented to Pravozno.
Additional tickets to Latitude59 were awarded to:
- SoftWay;
- SoftTrainer (the team decided to pass its Latitude59 ticket on to Seeklab.ai);
- Vetlyx;
- Eated.
